Article 1: Scope

 

These conditions govern the use of the Website www.anl-avocat.com

 ("the Website" or "Site") and apply to any user of this Site (the "user", or " YOU ").

By accessing the Website and using the services offered, you agree to be bound by these General Conditions of Use of the Website, without limitation or reservation. Otherwise, you shall cease all use of the Site.  

 

Article 2. Prohibited uses

 

You acknowledge that the use of the Website must be carried out in a reasonable manner, in accordance with applicable law and regulations.

We make our best efforts to allow you to use the Website and benefit from our services, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with the exception of maintenance periods or in the event of a problem related to the functioning of the Internet, in accordance with the provisions of Article 6, below.

 

Article 4. Intellectual property

 

The structure of the Site and all of its elements such as trademarks, logos, domain names, models, animated or static images, illustrations, texts, downloadable documents, tree structure, databases, etc. benefit from the protection of Luxembourg and international law relating to intellectual property and industrial property and belong to Anne-Namalie L'HÔTE, Avocate à la Cour, owner of the Website or to third parties having legally granted them.

By accessing the Site, you are granted a user license. This license only authorizes you to access the Site and view its content.

It is strictly forbidden to copy, reproduce, duplicate, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works, communicate to the public for commercial purposes or not, all or part of the website, in any form whatsoever and by any means whatsoever and on any medium whatsoever, without the prior written authorization of ANL Avocat.

In addition, ANL Avocat cannot be held liable in the event of an event qualified as force majeure, in accordance with Luxembourg case law.

In addition, the user acknowledges having knowledge of the nature of the Internet network and in particular, of its technical performance and response times, to consult, query or transfer information data.

 

ANL Avocat declines all responsibility in the event of an interruption, even temporary, of the website.

Any use of the Website by a minor must be carried out under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, it being specified that ANL Avocat does not provide any service directly to minors.

These disclaimers are not intended to circumvent any requirements of applicable law or to exclude liability where it cannot be excluded under such law.

 

Article 7. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

Any dispute relating to the interpretation or application of these General Conditions of Use of the Website and/or the Legal Notices will be subject to Luxembourg law and will fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, with the exception of situations where it would be legally provided for the application of the law of the country in which the user has his main residence and/or exclusive jurisdiction of the country of his main residence.
