Fees

After analysis of your file and confirmation of its support by the Law Firm, you shall receive a fee agreement containing the method of calculating the fees, the methods of intervention of the Firm, as well as the payment deadlines.

Different types of fees charged by ANL Avocat

Fee for time spent

The fees are calculated according to the time spent on your file, according to the applicable hourly rate. 

Subscription 

If your needs are recurring, you may be offered a monthly subscription. Different formulas are available.

Flat Rate

For targeted services, it is possible to provide a flat rate. 

Additional performance fees

Additional fees may be set depending on the nature of certain cases, in compliance with the rules applicable to the legal profession.

Method of determining fees

The fees are determined, taking into account in particular:

  • the importance of the case,

  •  its degree of difficulty,

  •  the workload provided,

  •  the result obtained,

  •  your financial situation.
